This Copyright and Trademark Statement governs the ownership, use, and protection of intellectual property associated with DFW Pro Photographers (“DFW Pro Photographers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a business operated by Corporate Shutter LLC, doing business as DFW Pro Photographers.

1. Copyright Ownership

All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, layout, design elements, interface components, branding materials, original photography, audio, video, software, and proprietary documentation created by DFW Pro Photographers (collectively, “Website Content”), is the exclusive property of Corporate Shutter LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

All photographs, images, drafts, edits, proofs, derivatives, and creative works produced by DFW Pro Photographers in connection with client engagements (“Produced Media”) remain the intellectual property of DFW Pro Photographers unless expressly transferred in writing.

Client-provided materials, including logos, trademarks, images, documents, and other content supplied by clients (“Client Materials”), remain the property of their respective owners and are used under license.

Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners and licensors.

2. Copyright Protection

All Website Content and Produced Media are protected by United States and international copyright laws, treaties, and conventions. All rights, title, and interest not expressly granted are reserved.

No ownership interest in any content is transferred by accessing our website, receiving deliverables, or engaging our services.

3. Permitted Use

Except as expressly authorized in a written agreement with DFW Pro Photographers, Website Content may be accessed solely for informational and evaluative purposes.

Authorized clients are granted limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licenses to use Produced Media in accordance with their applicable service agreements.

Unless expressly permitted in writing, users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, sublicense, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Website Content or Produced Media.

Removal or alteration of copyright notices, metadata, watermarks, or proprietary legends is prohibited.

4. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DFW Pro Photographers retains the perpetual, worldwide right to display, reproduce, and distribute Produced Media for portfolio, marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, and business development purposes in all media formats without additional compensation.

5. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

DFW Pro Photographers respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

If you believe that material appearing on our website or digital platforms infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of claimed infringement in accordance with the DMCA. Detailed instructions, required information, and contact details for submitting notices and counter-notices are provided on our designated DMCA Policy page.

All DMCA notices must be submitted in compliance with the procedures set forth on that page. Failure to follow the specified procedures may result in delayed processing or rejection of the notice.

DFW Pro Photographers will review and respond to properly submitted notices in accordance with applicable law.

6. Trademark Ownership

The name “DFW Pro Photographers,” associated logos, service marks, slogans, and related branding elements (“Trademarks”) are owned by Tyler & Reese Intellectual Properties LLC and are licensed to Corporate Shutter LLC.

Corporate Shutter LLC is authorized to use, administer, protect, and enforce the Trademarks in connection with business operations.

All goodwill associated with the Trademarks inures to the benefit of the trademark owner.

7. Trademark Use Restrictions

Users may not use the Trademarks in any manner that:

• Suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement without authorization

• Creates likelihood of confusion

• Disparages, dilutes, or tarnishes the Trademarks

• Associates the Trademarks with unauthorized goods or services

• Misrepresents ownership or licensing rights

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Content

Content provided by third parties remains the property of its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Visitors may not reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, sell, or commercially exploit third-party content without express written consent from the rights holder.

9. Governing Law
