DFW Pro Photographers (“DFW Pro Photographers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Corporate Shutter LLC, doing business as DFW Pro Photographers. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our website and digital platforms to do the same.
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy outlines the procedures for submitting notices of alleged copyright infringement and counter-notifications in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §512.

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that material available on our website or digital platforms infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification that includes the following:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Incomplete or improperly formatted notices may not be processed.
3. Processing of Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
We may notify the affected user of the removal and provide information regarding the filing of a counter-notification.
4. Submitting a Counter-Notification
If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes the following:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its prior location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, or if you are outside the United States, for the district in which we are located.
A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.
5. Restoration of Material
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, we reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
7. Misrepresentations
Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be subject to liability under federal law, including under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
8. Third-Party Platforms
Certain content may be hosted or distributed through third-party platforms. In such cases, DMCA requests may also need to be submitted directly to the applicable platform in accordance with its policies.

10. Policy Modifications
